Formed in 2009, S.U.P Guitar Academy is a family business set in the picturesque village of Mow Cop on the Staffordshire/Cheshire Border. As a new venture, it is proud to have built up a friendly, caring guitar academy for musicians of all ages. From beginner to advanced, all styles of guitar are catered for and our prices are unbeatable!

The Academy itself was created by seasoned musician Steve Upperton, spanning a 20 year plus career with recording/touring metal bands such as Lacerate, Mr.Scary, Fusion and S.U.P amongst others and also a graded classical musician who strives for perfection with his students.
